GM Diet Day 7

Welcome to the GM diet day 7 the last day of your journey, You’ve Made It! Following the plan closely as possible you will feel accomplished by losing weight. Eating more steamed brown rice today and no meat especially in the morning will give you a kick start to your day and make your energy level last longer. Brown rice is the starch for today so refrain from eating potatoes. You may even notice your sleeping habits improve too.
What do I eat?
Do: Fruits (in small portions), Vegetables and steamed brown rice
Still continue to drink 1-2 glasses of water each meal and 8- 10 for the day. Add lemon or lime instead for flavor.
Don’t: No Meat today. That should be easy since you’ve done that already a couple of times. Starch is coming in the form of brown rice so refrain from loading up on potatoes.
Breakfast: bowl of kiwi and pineapple chunks and cup of steamed brown rice
Lunch: red cabbage, romaine and baby lettuce with tomatoes and carrots (all raw vegetables)
Snacks: cup of mixed blueberries and raspberries or a small box of raisins
Dinner: Steamed vegetables such as broccoli, peas and corn and steamed brown rice or vegetable soup
Remember: Meals can always be broken down into smaller portions and more often throughout the day to help sustain energy. Don’t forget herbs and dry seasoning can help add flavor and appeal to your food.
Continue your exercise as it will continue to benefit and assist with feeling healthy long after the diet is complete. Burning calories will be essential to keeping your weight off.
