GM Diet Day 4

On the fourth day of your journey, Go Bananas! You’re more than half way through on this day. What is stopping you now? GM diet day 4 includes Bananas, soup and Skim Milk. Day 4 may be a little more difficult because the food choices are a shorter list but change your mindset and know that you need to keep busy. The soup includes a variety of vegetables so they are not completely out of the picture. Your body has already been through a natural detoxification process.
What do I eat?
Do: Bananas, Skim Milk, GM diet soup
Still continue to drink 1-2 glasses of water each meal and 8- 10 for the day.
Don’t: Stick to the list of ‘Do’ and you’ll stay on the path to success.
Breakfast: banana or two and glass of warmed skim milk or sliced bananas in skim milk
Lunch: bowl of GM diet soup or tomato and cabbage soup
Snacks: Banana Shake (see below for recipe)
Dinner: bowl of GM diet soup and a banana or banana shake
Remember: Meals can be broken down into smaller portions and more often throughout the day to help sustain energy. Don’t forget herbs and dry seasoning can help add flavor and appeal to your food.
Exercise? You should feel much more capable of doing exercise. It will also help with keeping you busy and not thinking about food or what you don’t or can’t have. You should be seeing results by now in weight loss. This should be even more encouragement to keep busy and your metabolism going with an extra boost of exercise.
Banana Shake Recipe (need a blender for this one)
The Banana Shake recipe makes 2 servings and is naturally sweet so do not add sugar.
Ingredients: 2 glasses skim milk, 2 glasses crushed ice (preferable), 2 medium sliced bananas
How To Make It: Combine all ingredients in blender until a shake consistency is formed.
